Graduate & Trainee ProgrammesAs the largest engineering Group we undertake design, development and systems integration work on all the products at Westland Helicopters. The Group's work is diverse and challenging, and includes electrical generation and distribution, lighting, cockpit controls and displays, navigation and communication, mission systems management, sensors such as radar and sonar, plus weapon systems.
The role of our Group is to manage and co-ordinate the overall system design, generate sub-systems specifications, support and monitor vendor design and development, and conduct integrated systems testing. A large electrical drawing office and a range of systems integration and systems proving rigs supports all these activities.
