Graduate & Trainee Programmes
Responsible for the overall aircraft flight attributes, the Group is involved in handling qualities, vehicle dynamics, aircraft performance envelopes, fuselage aerodynamics and weights. Our team comprises the specialist research, design and development disciplines for Automatic Flight Control Systems, Active Control of Structural response and Health and Usage Monitoring Systems.
In addition to the design groups, we have a Flight Development team that translates design requirements into flight data for verification of the air vehicle. The level of our work means we need to utilise the very latest technology - data acquisitions
systems and instrumentation, development computing, vibration test, flight test and data analysis.
